Founder, Values, and Mission
Hello everyone, thank you so much for checking out what Loftbridge can offer. I’m Robert A. Zazac III, the founder and CEO of Loftbridge, and I’d like to spend a couple minutes to introduce you to myself and the company. I was born and raised in the nearby eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh. I’ve always been proud of my steel city roots, and wanted to succeed, here, and have stayed firm with that despite opportunities to relocate over recent years.
I come from a working class family, who had to make the absolute most of all of our resources growing up and be as conservative as possible to get by. I followed in my father’s footsteps and achieved a university teaching degree, and humbly worked as a substitute teacher and restaurant waiter post-graduation. In my mid-20s, I grew progressively more attracted to entrepreneurial pursuits, and the opportunities that real estate investing has to offer.
My family worked very hard to give me and my sister an enjoyable childhood despite very limited means, and that fueled my fire step it up and dream big, so that could I could someday give back, 10x, and set future generations up for success with fewer financial hardships than we had to encounter. However, as I studied the financially successful, I learned that this could be achieved in vastly different methods and styles. I vowed to never be the person, or the company, that creates a trail of ashes, on the way to success, but instead, a trail of flowers to bloom. This core value formed the foundation of this company.
Our goal, with every transaction, is to create a “win” for all those involved, in some way. For someone who wants or needs to sell their house, we want to provide an opportunity to get that accomplished with less hassle than listing it on the market. We will consider a home in any condition. You’ll get to talk directly to myself or a lead member of our company. If we determine our services are a good fit for your situation and goals, we will come take a look at the property in-person and be available to answer any questions or concerns you have with selling your property. Loftbridge, when resources allow, can directly acquire the property for our company portfolio. Other times, it may be a better fit for another investor in our network, or an aspiring home owner, and there comes another opportunity to provide a win. Few things make me happier than connecting a compatible buyer and seller together harmoniously. You could say that’s where the company name was inspired, being able to create a “bridge” to connect two sides together for a mutual win. Of course, the fact that Pittsburgh is the “city of bridges” may have contributed too.
From there, the wins can keep on coming. If the house needs work, that provides a job for contractors. Which upon completion, can then provide a new updated residence for a tenant or owner occupant.
